TRAIL GAITER ROUNDUP
Gaiters for trail running offer a few advantages. The main benefit is to keep trail debris out of the shoe. Stopping to dig stones and mud globs out every so often gets old quick causing you to lose time, or if ignored can led to blisters/cuts. The other benefit of gaiters is to divert water from entering your shoe from the ankle area.
JULBO TRAIL SUNGLASSES

I like to wear sunglasses when I run for a number of reasons:
Protection from bugs… Ouch! Love it when a fly pings off your eyeball. Wear contact lenses? Try rubbing a stuck blackfly out of your eye. Protection from branches… A stick in the eye will ruin your day. Protection from bright sunlight… Cataracts are over rated. Stop squinting. Relaxed eyes=Relaxed body.
NATHAN HPL #028
I am a big fan of Nathan products. They are well made and well thought out in design. The products offer great quality for the price. One of the items I use very often is the Human Propulsion Labs (HPL) #028 Race Vest.
